"I love the traditional culture and historical buildings. With the pace of modernization, many traditional cultures have been forgotten, and many historical buildings have been artificially damaged and disappeared. So I paint artworks to awaken people's attention to protect traditional culture and ancient buildings. I also concerned about some social issues we face, such as education, environmental protection, etc, which you can see in my artworks. I hope that through my artworks, more people will understand and pay attention to traditional culture, and awaken people's awareness of historical sites and environmental protection. I believe that art can make the world more beautiful."

Jia Yuanhua is dedicated to exploring oil and acrylic painting, expressing traditional culture in the form of modern art.

In 2012, Jia Yuanhua created his own style, which is also unique artistic style in the world. The delicate lines displayed in these paintings were carved with a knife before the oil paint surface dried. Unlike conventional painting, this method of creation is extremely challenging. Since the paint typically dries within 24 to 72 hours, carving time is limited. The elasticity of the canvas and the slippery wetness of the paint make each straight line a challenge. It requires intense concentration and a steady hand to control the knife's direction. A single mistake can ruin all the work.

The oil painting knife-line engraving works combine the exquisite beauty of Song Dynasty fine brushwork, the color expression of printmaking and the art of sculpture. They are unique and distinctive in the field of art. His acrylic paintings are equally stunning and refreshing with their humorous approach and unique perspective.

From 2014, Jia Yuanhua has participated in many domestic and international exhibitions and international art competitions and won awards. His works are collected by leaders of many countries, well-known companies, European royal families, and princesses.

In 2019, at the invitation of the French government, he participated in art activities and exhibitions commemorating the 500th anniversary of Leonardo da Vinci's death. His paintings were displayed in several French castles.
